2009

The Athlete’s foot bought a 249-year trademark licence to Australia in addition to New Zealand, effectively severing relations with the licensor.

2012

The Athlete’s Foot launches its first commercial campaign for its brand for more than five years, to promote the major rebranding. The campaign unveils the brand’s updated “Performance” store look, brand logo, and the rebranded the fitting services MyFit (formerly FITZI).

RCG Corporation renames the company to Accent Group Limited.

2018

The Athlete’s Foot was made an official partnership with parkrun Australia. Parkrun, which is run by volunteers, Australia organizes weekly, timed 5km races in parks across Australia.

The Athlete’s Foot has become the official sponsor of Netfit Netball. They are committed to fitness and wellness and helping individuals from all ages and abilities in achieving their fitness goals. This aligns perfectly with NETFIT Netball’s mission of promoting healthy living and the feeling of community that netball can bring.

2019

The Athlete’s Foot extends its partnership with parkrun Australia for another three years. It also announces its collaboration in parkrun New Zealand.

The Athlete’s Foot opens its new flagship store in Melbourne Central, VIC (AUS). The store is equipped with interactive digital screens as well as the “H20 to GO” Water refill station and the most well-curated selection of footwear.
